Awana is a weekly gathering at GBC Church for kids from 2 years old-5th grade. We meet from 6:30-8pm from Labor Day week until the following April.
This is a free weekly gathering for any kids in the community who want to learn more about Jesus, make friends, and have fun.
During AWANA, kids will get to;
-
Start out with an opening ceremony where any awards will be presented for previous weeks.
-
Enjoy games that promote teamwork.
-
Learn about Jesus and the Bible in a large group time.
-
Get to make friends and grow with other kids their age in small groups.
-
Sing and dance.
-
Participate in monthly dress-up nights.
-
Earn prizes each month by earning AWANA shares.
You can learn more about AWANA here: www.awana.org/about
We can’t have AWANA without volunteers like you! If you would like to help make AWANA possible by volunteering your time, email gbcchurchimpactministries@gmail.com or pick up a volunteer form in the front lobby any Sunday morning.
